"Does body posture during Felling influence physiological load of operator? i found this online and I find it interesting, especially for anyone involved in forestry and logging. We all know felling is tough work, but thinking about how we stand and move impacting our physical strain is a really practical angle.

Curious to know your houghts on how posture affects physical load during felling? Is this something you thought about or have noticed in your own work?

Absolutely, posture during felling plays a huge role in physical strain and poor posture can increase fatigue and injury risk, so staying balanced and using proper technique really helps reduce the load.

Totally agree, how you stand and move during felling makes a huge difference in how tired or sore you get. Good posture is key, it helps keep strain down and prevents injuries, while bad posture just wears you out faster. Ive definitely felt it myself when I'm sloppy or rushed . Have you found any tricks or gear that help you stay in a better position?
