Fiber pull driving me insane

My cousin and I are working on some premium walnut and getting terrible fiber pull on about every third log, we already changed the blades and adjusted feed rate, even tried different times of day. Are we missing something obvious? this wood is too nice to waste

I think you should slow down the feed even more and raise your blade slightly to take shallower cuts

Walnut, especially premium figured walnut, usually has irregular or wild grain patterns. When cutting against the grain, the blade lifts the fibers instead of cleanly slicing them, causing tear out.
This is common with figured woods. You need to adjust your cutting direction for certain sections of the log
