Doesn't seem anyone has really looked at this, but if you do care, I ordered a pair of Hyundai HX 300s. One will get a waratah 26 inch dangle head, and the other, a clamshell, for decking/loading.
That’s a serious setup. What’s pushing you away from the Tigercat, uptime, dealer support, hydraulic feel, or just wanting a different platform. Also curious why you went Hyundai HX 300 for the base machines.

Tigercats after sales support is sketchy, and their machines are okay, but not great. The Hyundai machines seem very powerful , and almost over built. The booms and sticks even, are so beefy. The 300 specifically, just seemed like a good size, plenty of power, and heavy enough, without being too heavy, for no reason. Designed more for construction, and banging and bashing the bucket into hard ground all day long, they stand up really well, just loading and processing, which is much easier on them. Not great for buncher work though, as they don't have self leveling cabs, so on steep ground are useless , and where it needs a dedicated woods machine like a tigercat. The local Hyundai equipment dealer seems to really care, and trying.
