Winch setup advice needed

I'm doing logging with just a farm tractor and I'm working on a woodlot I first thinned back in the late '90s. I know the land well, but the way I work now is very different.

One problem I'm having is finding a good winch setup that's safe and works well when you're working alone. Is there anyone here has switched to tractor logging and has advice on gear or how to work better? Appreciate any insights.
