I second @lgf3rr's advice about drying. That cracking is a big issue with eucalyptus. I'd get that Anchorseal on ends as soon as you cut it! For a tree this size, you'll probably get some awesome material for smaller projects, maybe some live-edge shelving or a few benches. I think the turning blanks alone would be worth it. That grain can be incredible, so it's definitely worth the effort to save as much as you can.Looking to repurpose my eucalyptus tree
